About us

This website has been created by QUADRALABS, a team of Management Engineering students from the University of Bergamo, as part of a project currently undergoing commercial validation. We are not (yet) an incorporated company — this website and the associated demos are intended to showcase our work and assess whether there is a market for the idea, not to sell an established service. What data we collect, and where

This page and the landing page (index.html) do not themselves contain any forms that collect data: they are static content, hosted as simple HTML pages without a backend. If you choose to complete the linked survey (the ‘Have your say’ link / final CTA, hosted on a separate domain), the data you enter there — e.g. business name, contact details, responses — is collected in accordance with the privacy policy displayed on that page, not by us directly. The sector-specific demos linked from this landing page (the ‘Sector Examples’) are independent technical demonstrations, each with its own privacy policy when collecting data. If we contact you or you contact us (via email, WhatsApp or in person), we process the contact details you provide solely to reply to you and to assess the possibility of future collaboration.

Fonts and resources

The typefaces on this site (Space Grotesk, Inter) are hosted on our own server (self-hosted), not via Google Fonts or other external CDNs: when you visit this page, your browser does not send direct requests to third parties to load the fonts. The icons and logo are also inline files; no external resources are loaded apart from the photographs hosted here.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate form, how it is used (pages visited, time spent on site, traffic sources) — not for advertising or individual profiling. The script only runs once you select ‘Accept’ in the cookie banner displayed on your first visit: if you select ‘Reject’ or close the banner without responding, Google Analytics remains disabled and no cookies are installed.

If you accept, your browser will download the script gtag.js from Google and set technical Google Analytics cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*), which last for up to 2 years and are used solely to distinguish sessions for statistical purposes. The IP address is truncated before being stored (anonymize_ip). The data controller for the technical aspects of this data is Google Ireland Ltd. — Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

You can change your mind at any time: Manage cookie preferences — clears your saved selection and displays the banner again the next time you refresh the page.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of the data you have provided to us at any time by writing to info@quadralabs.eu (Articles 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 — GDPR).
